Terms and conditions for Cambourne website competition & request for further information

1. The free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years old and over. This excludes employees and their immediate families of Bovis Homes, Bryant Homes and George Wimpey, their agencies or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. No purchase necessary. Entries from third parties, bulk entries or via agencies will not be accepted.

2. Only one entry will be accepted per household

3. You must enter your full details. Failing to do so may affect your chances of winning.

4. The prize is one night for two people in a double or twin room in the Cambridge Belfry hotel, Cambourne, Cambs. The prize includes breakfast and an evening meal for two with a bottle of house wine.  This excludes Christmas Day and Easter Weekend.

5. The Cambourne Consortium of housebuilders’ decision as to the winner will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The winner will be selected at random from all entrants received. The draw will take place every 2 months and be refreshed on the day of the draw.

7. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable. The Cambourne Consortium reserves the right to substitute any prizes of equal or greater value in the event that the prizes are unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

8. By entering this competition all entrants  are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and  conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.  

9. The winner may be required to take part  in promotional activity or advertising organised by Cambourne Consortium of housebuilders. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name and details for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
